Punch a hanging heavy bag, ground and pound a floor bag, and many more moves in this boxing class that incorporates punching with various full body strength building exercises.
No need to be a pro boxer here as you will be taught everything you need to know. Our trainers will take the time to teach you how to properly wrap your wrists, proper punching technique, and other tips to help you enjoy your time while burning off a bunch of calories in this fun small group class.
CLASS FITNESS LEVEL: 1-5 (1=Beginner 5=World Class Athlete)
CLASS DIFFICULTY: 3 (1-5 Scale w/ 5 being the hardest class difficulty possible)
